Cancellation Terms and Conditions

If you need to cancel your Live Answering service, cancellation requests need to be submitted through the cancellation page from your Online account dashboard.  Just login into your account dashboard and go to the 'Billing' tab located at the top left hand corner of the page.  From there click on 'Cancel Service' and submit the information requested on the cancellation page.


Please be aware that VoiceNation requires a 30 day notice of cancellation for all Live Answering accounts. Your final month will be prorated based on the date your cancellation takes effect.  All usage fees will still apply.

VoiceNation will cancel ONLY the numbers you specify in your cancellation request.  VoiceNation will not prorate or refund charges accrued for numbers that were not requested to cancel in the cancellation request.

If you are not able to access your online account please contact us for your login information by calling 866.766.5050 option 3 for Billing or submit a Billing Ticket.
