Login to your NextPBX dashboard with your account number. Click the "BILLING" tab at the top left, then click "Make Payment" in the left-hand window.
- Enter the amount you want to pay - either the full account balance or another amount
- Enter your credit card details.
- Click "Submit Payment," and that's it!
NOTE: If you pay more than your current balance, we'll put the difference into your account as a credit. If you pay less than the current balance, we'll apply the payment to any outstanding invoices, starting with the oldest one.
If your account is suspended, you must pay the full account balance for your services to be restored.
